Dearest Luce
Can you conveniently send for the picture at the Manchester Salon Club? They threaten storage charges if I don’t remove it soon. Have written to Sec: saying you will send for it. Is that right?
You know that you can swop it later on if you wish. How are you getting along with your Gallery? I hear you have visitors & are very busy. So am I. What a scrimmage it all is.
If you are free Friday or Thursday night shall I bring along Maurice Garnier who is over for a few days & goes back Saturday. He would like to see you but we know you are very occupied with yr Gallery & friends & visitors – so we will quite understand, (but be disappointed) if you are too engaged to see us. He is trying to fix up a Show & is now at the Leicester Galleries with his stuff.
I have had a hectic furious week – no work. What a life! Much love always Frances
Yesterday had a perfect day with Lett & Cedric.
