Dear Madam
Please excuse delay in writing. Your letter was waiting for me here on my return from Manchester last night. I shall be most pleased to give you some coaching in the summer, or as soon after May 14th as you like. My Season starts then.
My terms are 4 guineas a month a course of 12 demonstration lessons, or I can give you a course in a shorter time if desirable.
I can book you a room in village (if you will kindly write by return) or, there is an excellent boarding house, most comfortable newly opened & run on modern lines – tariff 3 guineas.
The best way to get to Burford is by the 4.45 train from Paddington-Oxford & catch a bus on here. It takes luggage.
If there is anything more I can tell you about material etc, please let me know.
Yours truly Frances Hogkins.
