Dear Madam
Re: Miss Frances Hodgkins
In sending you the enclosed Notice of Death relating to your sister, I wish to state that yesterday her physical condition suddenly failed, and she passed away peacefully at 12.40 p.m.
I can assure you that everything possible was done to make her last days as happy and comfortable as possible. Yours truly, A. C. Sinclair Medical Superintendent
